摘　　要：基于双内圈型双列角接触球轴承的结构特点,阐述了现有仪器条件下的轴承组配测量方法,并在此基础上提出了改进的免高度块测量法和游隙测量法。免高度块测量法省去了传统方法中需要加工的高精度高度块,避免了由于高度块加工水平所导致的测量误差;游隙测量法从轴承组配的需求出发,直接测量其内部的轴向游隙值,从而免去了间接参数的测量,提高了测量精度,特别适用于内部需要正轴向游隙的轴承(组),为此类轴承的组配测量提供了新的解决方法。Based on structural characteristics of double row angular contact ball bearings with double inner rings,the method is described for match and measurement of the bearings under the condition of existing instruments,and the improved measuring method without height block and clearance measuring method are put forward.The measuring method without height block eliminates the high precision height block in traditional method which needs to be machined and avoids the measurement error caused by machining level of height block.Starting from the matching requirements of the bearings,the clearance measuring method directly measures the internal axial clearance value,thus eliminating the measurement of indirect parameters and improving the measurement accuracy,especially suitable for the bearing(group)requiring positive internal axial clearance,and provides a new solution for match and measurement of such bearings.
