摘　　要：数字信息化环境下,图书馆的发展也迈入了新时代,图书馆管理的首要目标也转变为顺应时代的改革与创新。图书馆是文化传播的重要载体,同时拥有读者资源及信息资源。网络信息的发达给社会各行各业都带来巨大的影响,顺应时代,在数字环境下提高图书馆的管理水平,摒弃传统管理模式,对现有的管理模式进行改革、创新,是现代图书馆管理工作的首要目标。该文从当前图书馆存在的问题出发,分别对图书馆管理的现状和重要性进行分析,并提出与之对应的改革创新战略,旨在提高图书馆管理的实效性。Under the digital information environment,the development of the library has also entered a new era,and the primary goal of library management has also changed into the reform and innovation that conforms to the times.The library is an important carrier of cultural communication,and has reader resources and information resources.The development of network information has brought great influence to all walks of life.The primary goal of modern library management is to adapt to the times,improve the management level of the library in the digital environment,abandon the traditional management mode,and reform and innovate the existing management mode.Starting from the problems existing in the current library,this paper analyzes the current situation and importance of library management,and puts forward corresponding reform and innovation strategies to improve the effectiveness of library management.
