摘　　要：随着素质教育及新课改的持续深入,社会各界对于教育领域的重视程度也在不断提升,而在高校内部的学生管理工作开展过程中,由于具体的管理工作内容涉及多方面内容,这就需要管理人员在明确基本工作原则及工作制度的同时,积极学习那些先进的教育理念,将文化管理视角作为主要的切入点,通过这种方式不仅可以促进管理质量与管理效率的提升,也能够为管理工作的开展提供全新视角。因此,该文首先对文化管理的基本含义与功能加以明确。其次对文化管理视角下创新高校学生管理制度的重要性与基本原则展开深入分析。在此基础上,提出文化管理视角下高校学生管理制度创新的具体措施。With the continuous deepening of quality education and the new curriculum reform,all sectors of society are paying more and more attention to the field of education.In the process of student management in colleges and universities,because the specific management content involves many aspects,it is necessary for managers to clarify the basic working principles and working system,actively learn those advanced educational ideas and take the perspective of cultural management as the main entry point.This way can not only promote the improvement of management quality and management efficiency,but also provide a new perspective for the development of management work.Therefore,the article first defines the basic meaning and function of cultural management.Secondly,it deeply analyzes the importance and basic principles of innovating college student management system from the perspective of cultural management.On this basis,this paper puts forward specific measures for the innovation of college student management system from the perspective of cultural management.
