摘　　要：华裔作家伍绮诗的新作《小小小小的火》具有典型的女性哥特色彩,刻画了女性人物反抗父权制社会压迫与构建主观性的复杂过程。主人公伊奇自幼时便遭受父权制社会的规训,而她的反叛精神与暴力行为实则是自我意识的觉醒与身份认同的建立。华裔移民女性贝比在美国男性主导的社会中饱受歧视,长期处于弱势地位,可她不仅尝试颠覆美国社会对少数族裔单亲母亲的压迫,还企图控诉美国社会对少数族裔女性的无形规训。而另一位单亲母亲米娅则抵抗父权制社会的多重期待与束缚,并尝试挣脱禁锢以追寻个体自由,最终实现自我救赎。Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng,a Chinese-American writer,possesses numerous typical characteristics of female Gothic elements,and depicts the complex process of female characters resisting patriarchal oppression and constructing their subjectivity.Since her childhood,Izzy has been repelling against traditional discipline of patriarchal society.Her rebellious spirit of breaking away from family discipline ethics is actually the awakening of self-consciousness and the establishment of identity.Bebe,a Chinese immigrant,not only suffered from controversy and discrimination in a male-dominated society,but also stayed in a weak situation.However,she tried to subvert the oppression imposed on ethnic minorities and single mothers and accused American society of its invisible discipline.Mia,another single mother,resisted against multiple expectations and constraints of the patriarchal society and tried to break free from the imprisonment in order to pursue individual freedom and finally achieve self-salvation.
