摘　　要：脑桥中央髓鞘溶解症(central pontine myelinolysis,CPM)是一种罕见的神经系统疾病。其中,快速纠正低钠血症是发生CPM的主要原因。本文通过报道一例低钠血症并发CPM的病例,总结其临床特征并复习相关文献,旨在为临床实践提供参考。Central pontine myelinolysis(CPM) is a rare neurological disorder. Among them, rapid correction of hyponatremia is the main reason for the occurrence of CPM.This article summarizes the clinical features of a case of hyponatremia with CPM, and reviews the relevant literature, aiming to provide references for clinical practice.
