摘　　要：目的:分析Watson关怀理论下的康复锻炼指导对乳腺良性肿瘤微创旋切术患者疼痛、负性情绪及肩部活动度的影响。方法:选取我院2021年1月至2022年6月期间接受微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者105例为研究对象,抽签法分两组,对照组52例给予Watson关怀理论下的常规护理干预,观察组53例在对照组基础上增加康复锻炼指导,对比两组患者疼痛、负性情绪及肩部活动度。结果:观察组愈合率较对照组高,复发率较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组术后6d、12d、24d的疼痛数字等级评定量表(NRS)评分较对照组低(P<0.05);焦虑评分、抑郁评分、恐惧评分和自卑评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:Watson关怀理论下的康复锻炼指导干预微创旋切术患者效果好,能够缓解患者疼痛,减少负面情绪,增加肩部活动度。Objective: To analyze the effects of rehabilitation exercise guidance under Watson’s care theory on pain,negative emotions and shoulder range of motion in patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for benign breast tumors. Methods: From January 2021 to June 2022, 105 patients with benign breast tumors treated by minimally invasive resection in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by lottery. 52 cases in the control group were given routine nursing intervention under Watson care theory, and 53 cases in the observation group were given rehabilitation exercise guidance on the basis of the control group. Pain, negative emotion and shoulder range of motion were compared between the two groups. Results: The healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The pain Number Rating Scale(NRS) scores of the observation group at 6d, 12d, and 24d after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of anxiety, depression, fear and inferiority were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The rehabilitation exercise guidance under Watson’s care theory has a good effect on patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery, which can relieve pain, reduce negative emotions and increase shoulder range of motion.
