摘　　要：目的:研究以预防为基础的护理措施对十二指肠球部溃疡病人再出血的影响。方法:收集108例十二指肠球部溃疡病人,根据病历末端奇偶数,将其随机分成54名。对照组采取常规的护理措施,而研究组则采取以预防为基础的护理措施。对两种治疗方法的疗效进行对比。结果:通过实验分析最终了解到关于十二指肠球部溃疡患者再出血问题在患者得到预防性护理后可以得到有效控制;干预后,研究组的知识储备水平明显高于对照组;干预后,研究组的自我管理水平明显高于对照组。结论:以预防为基础的护理措施在十二指肠球部溃疡病人再出血中的运用,可以丰富病人的知识储备,增强病人的自控能力,有效控制出血是一种值得在临床上推广的方法。Objective: To investigate the effects of preventive nursing on bleeding in patients with duodenal ulcers.Methods: 108 patients with duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into 54 patients according to odd and even numbers at the end of the medical file. The control group applied routine nursing measures, while the study group applied preventive nursing measures. The effects of the two treatments were compared. Results: Through experimental analysis, we finally learned that the bleeding problem of patients with duodenal ulcer can be effectively controlled after receiving preventive treatment;After the intervention, the level of knowledge reserve in the study group was significantly higher than in the control group;After the intervention, the level of self-protection in the study group was significantly higher than in the control group. Conclusion: The implementation of preventive nursing measures in the bleeding of patients with duodenal candidiasis can enrich the patient’s knowledge reserve, increase the patient’s self-control capacity and effectively control bleeding is a method worthy of clinical promotion.
