摘　　要：化学实验室多分布在高校或者城市,具有占地空间有限、周围人员密集等特点,因此,实验室废气达标排放最为重要。针对实验室酸碱废气具有流量小、不连续、处理废气设备安装空间有限、使用单位专业维护人员有限的问题,文章提出了一种基于组态王的湿法卧式喷淋净化塔在线监控系统,实现了喷淋净化塔的自动监测、一键启动、伴热控制、故障自诊断和在线监看功能。该系统可以提高喷淋净化塔处理酸碱废气的稳定性和自动监控水平,减少实验室设备维护负担,为设备日常维护与管理提供依据。Chemical laboratories are mostly distributed in colleges and universities or cities,which have the characteristics of limited space and dense personnel around.Therefore,it is most important to meet the emission standards of laboratory waste gas.Aiming at the problems of small and discontinuous flow of acid and alkali waste gas in laboratory,limited installation space for waste gas treatment equipment,and limited professional maintenance personnel of the user,this paper proposes an online monitoring system for wet horizontal spraying purification tower based on Kingview,which realizes the functions of automatic monitoring,one key start,heat tracing control,fault self diagnosis and online monitoring of the spraying purification tower.The system can improve the stability and automatic monitoring level of acid and alkali waste gas treatment by spraying purification tower,reduce the burden of laboratory equipment maintenance,and provide basis for daily maintenance and management of equipment.
