摘  要:目的研究TGF-β1/Smads信号通路在输卵管炎症、积水形成中的作用。方法收集2017—2019年四川省第二中医医院行输卵管切除术的病例,其中经病理组织学确诊为慢性输卵管炎伴输卵管积水40例(观察组),正常输卵管9例(对照组)。采用免疫组化检测两组P53、P63、AKT1、TGF、BCL-2、PI3KP85、Smad2+3蛋白含量并进行比较。结果两组P53、P63、AKT1、TGF、BCL-2、PI3KP85、Smad2+3蛋白含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TGF-β1/Smads信号通路在输卵管炎症、积水形成中的作用有待于进一步研究。本研究结果可能因检测样本量较少,存在检测误差。Objective To investigate the role of TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway in the formation of inflammatory hydrosalpinx.Methods The patients who underwent salpingectomy in Sichuan Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2017 to 2019 were collected.Among them,40 cases(observation group)of chronic salpingitis with hydrosalpinx and 9 cases(control group)of normal fallopian tubes were confirmed by histopathology.The contents of P53,P63,AKT1,TGF,BCL-2,PI3KP85,Smad2+3 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry and compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the protein contents of P53,P63,AKT1,TGF,BCL-2,PI3KP85 and Smad2+3 between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The role of TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway in the formation of inflammatory hydrosalpinx needs further research.The results of this study may have detection errors due to the small sample size.
