摘　　要：原发性痛经(PD)又称功能性痛经,是指妇女生殖器官无器质性病变,在月经前后或行经期出现下腹部疼痛、坠胀,可伴有恶心、呕吐、腹泻等症状的周期性痉挛性疼痛。目前药物是治疗PD的有效手段,但由于药物潜在的毒副作用,给临床治疗造成相应的困难。所以探讨其发病机制,寻找更为有效的治疗手段,就显得尤为重要。中医针灸推拿治疗PD疗效可靠,毒副作用小,患者接受度高,是一种非常有效的治疗方法,值得推广应用并深入研究。本文探讨近10年来有关针灸推拿治疗PD的相关文献,以明确针灸推拿治疗PD的临床研究进展,并阐述基础与临床相结合治疗PD的重要方法。Primary dysmenorrhea(PD),also known as functional dysmenorrhea,refers to periodic spastic pain in the lower abdomen before and after menstruation or during menstruation,which can be accompanied by nausea,vomiting,and diarrhoea and other symptoms without organic lesions in women’s reproductive organs.Drugs are currently an effective means of treating PD.However,due to the potential dangers and side effects of drugs,the clinical treatment has caused corresponding difficulties,so it is particularly important to explore its pathogenesis and find more effective treatment means.Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage has reliable efficacy,low toxic side effects and high acceptance by patients in the treatment of PD.It is a very effective treatment method,which is worthy of promotion,application and in-depth research.This paper discusses the literature related to acupuncture and massage in the treatment of PD in the past 10 years,in order to clarify the clinical research progress of acupuncture and massage in the treatment of PD,and expounds that the combination of basic and clinical approaches is an important treatment for PD.
