臭氧液治疗阴道炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨臭氧液治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法择取北大荒集团牡丹江医院妇产科2020年11月至2021年11月收治的200例阴道炎患者为本研究对象。按随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组各100例。治疗组实施臭氧液治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗,比较两组治疗后临床效果。结果两组经过治疗后,治疗组临床症状改善时间及pH值恢复正常时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阴道微生态治疗情况比较,治疗组乳酸杆菌正常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对阴道炎患者实施臭氧液治疗的临床效果较为理想,可有效缓解患者阴道炎症状,改善阴道微生态,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ozone solution in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods A total of 200 patients diagnosed with vaginitis admitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Mudanjiang Hospital of Beidahuang Group from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 100 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with ozone solution,and the control group was treated with conventional drugs.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and pH value in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of vaginal microecological treatment showed that the normal rate of Lactobacillus in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of ozone liquid for treatment of patients with vaginitis is ideal,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of vaginitis,improve the vaginal microecology,and improve the treatment effect.
