摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环在提高阴道分娩新生儿早期皮肤接触达标率中的临床价值,以期为新生儿早期皮肤接触的临床实践提供帮助。方法2020年1月至12月运用PDCA循环,开展提高阴道分娩新生儿早期皮肤接触达标率活动。通过确定活动主题、计划拟定,对2019年1月至12月在苏州大学附属第一医院产科阴道分娩的1167名产妇进行回顾性分析,对新生儿早期皮肤接触达标率低的原因进行分析,设定目标并拟定对策;2020年1月至12月实施拟定对策、确认效果并持续改进,将2020年(改进后组)与2019年(改进前组)的新生儿早期皮肤接触达标率进行比较。结果开展PDCA循环活动后,阴道分娩新生儿早期皮肤接触达标率不断提高,从改进前的49.4%提升至90.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PDCA循环在提高阴道分娩新生儿早期皮肤接触达标率中具有临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of PDCA cycle in improving the early skin contact rate of newborns after vaginal delivery,in order to provide help for the clinical practice of early skin contact of newborns.Methods From January to December 2020,the PDCA cycle was used to carry out activities to improve the early skin contact rate of newborns after vaginal delivery.A total of 1167 women who delivered vaginally in the Department of Obstetrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed by determining the theme and planning of the activity.The reasons for the low early skin contact rate were analyzed,and goals were set and countermeasures were drawn up,the proposed countermeasures were implemented and the effects were confirmed from January to December 2020 and continued to implement,and the early skin contact rate were compared between 2020(post-improvement group)and 2019(pre-improvement group).Results After carrying out the PDCA cycle activities,it was found that the early skin contact rate of newborns after vaginal delivery was significantly increased,from 49.4%before the improvement to 90.6%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The PDCA cycle has obvious clinical value in improving the early skin contact rate of newborns after vaginal delivery.
