摘　　要：目的分析家庭护理对儿童眼病发生率及眼健康行为的影响。方法选取兰州大学第二医院眼科2020年1月至2022年4月的102例健康检查儿童,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各51例。对照组实施常规健康宣教,观察组则加入家庭护理。比较两组的眼病发生情况,并通过特制问卷量表评估两组儿童眼健康行为状况。结果观察组儿童的近视、斜视、弱视发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组儿童的各项眼健康行为评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭护理的开展有助于促进儿童形成眼健康行为,降低儿童各种眼病的发生率,预防儿童近视,可推广使用。Objective To analyze the impact of family nursing on the incidence of children’s eye disease and eye health behavior.Methods A total of 102 children who underwent health examination from the Department of Ophthalmology of Lanzhou University Second Hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,51 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received family nursing.The incidence of eye disease was compared between the two groups,and the eye health behavior of the two groups was evaluated by a special questionnaire.Results The incidence of myopia,strabismus and amblyopia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of eye health behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of family nursing can help to promote children’s eye health behavior,reduce the incidence of various eye diseases in children,and prevent children myopia,which can be popularized.
