摘 要:矿石中金的赋存状态和工艺矿物学特性是确定选冶工艺、提高金回收率的根本因素。采用工艺矿物学自动定量分析系统(BPMA),结合扫描电镜-X射线能谱仪(SEM-EDS),详细研究了胶东某蚀变岩型低品位(Au 1.1 g/t)金矿石中微细粒金矿物的赋存状态及工艺矿物学特征。结果表明:矿石中金属硫化物主要为黄铁矿;脉石矿物主要为石英,其次为绢云母和钾长石。金矿物主要为银金矿、金银矿等金-银互化物,其平均品位为596.2‰;金矿物嵌布粒度细微,均在10μm以下;金的载体矿物种类较多,绝大多数金矿物与黄铁矿等金属硫化物嵌连;金矿物的嵌布状态主要为硫化物包裹金和裂隙金,含少量粒间金,其占有率分别为40.18%、39.75%和7.48%;通过浮选富集黄铁矿等硫化物并对粗精矿进行再磨,有利于提高金的回收率。BPMA-SEM-EDS自动、定量、可视化分析方法可以快速、高效、准确表征矿石中金的赋存状态和矿石工艺矿物学特性。The gold occurrence state and process mineralogical characteristics are critical to any gold ore,and the information generated from such an investigation can be used for assisting in process development,plant design,and improvement of gold recovery.Here,the recently Automated Process Mineralogy Analyzing System(BPMA)with version 2.0 BPMA software,as an Automated mineralogy(AM)tool,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometers(EDS)were applied to indicate the gold occurrence state and process mineralogical characteristics of a low-grade(Au 1.1 g/t)and fine-grained gold ore in a typical altered rock type ore deposit located within the Jiaodong Peninsula.The results show that the metal sulfide is mainly pyrite,and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz,followed by sericite and K-feldspar.The main gold minerals in the ore are electrum,with average grade of 596.2‰.The size of gold minerals is fine,and the grain size of most gold minerals is less than 10 microns.There are many kinds of gold-carrying minerals,most of which border with metal sulfides such as pyrite,galena,arsenopyrite,sphalerite and chalcopyrite.The occurrence state of gold minerals in the ore are inclusion gold(mainly locked in sulphide),fissure gold and intergranular gold,the content of which accounts for 40.18%,39.75%and 7.48%,respectively.The enrichment of sulfide,mainly pyrite,by flotation and regrinding of rougher concentrate is beneficial to improve the recovery of gold.The BPMA-SEM-EDS in situ analysis was an automated,quantitative and visual method having universal significance,which can help to quickly,efficiently and accurately investigate the gold occurrence state and process mineralogical characteristics of low-grade and fine-grained gold minerals.
