摘 要:为实现自动钻机的无线通信,研究了一套煤矿井下钻机用快速组网系统,可在地面实现钻机的远程控制、参数监测等功能。该系统包括钻机主体、机载设备和矿用通信系统。钻机主体为ZYWL-4000SY自动钻机;机载设备包含控制器、摄像仪等,用于实现钻机参数采集;通信系统以无线基站为核心,实现地面与井下的互连互通。该系统在河南平宝煤业有限公司进行了现场试验,结果表明:数据传输准确、效果良好,实现了井下自动钻机的远程控制和可视化监测。In order to realize wireless communication of automatic drilling rig,a fast networking system for underground drilling rig in coal mine is studied,which can realize remote control and parameter monitoring of drilling rig on the ground.The system includes the rig body,airborne equipment and mine communication system.The main part of the rig is ZYWL-4000SY automatic drill rig;the airborne equipment includes controller,camera,etc.,which is used to acquire drilling rig parameters;the communication system takes the wireless base station as the core to realize the interconnection between ground and underground.The system has been tested in Henan Pingbao Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.The results show that the data transmission is accurate and the effect is good,and the remote control and visual monitoring of underground automatic drilling rig are realized.
