摘 要:目的 评估通风柜内置碘放射性溶液自动分装仪在辐射防护中作用,为提高^(131)Ⅰ发药效率和减少辐射提供依据和方法。方法 选择2014年1月—2019年12月医院核医学科治疗病区分化型甲状腺癌术后^(131)Ⅰ服药患者200例,均为同一护士发药,按照组间基本特征均衡可比的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组在封闭式的通风柜内人工发药;观察组把碘放射性溶液自动分装仪置入通风柜内隔室非接触分装模式移液、稀释、分配^(131)Ⅰ液体。比较发药者两组分装药物时间以及个人剂量仪受照剂量和发药的准确度、达到处方剂量所需抽取药液的次数、患者对发药流程的满意度。结果 观察组的发药时间短于对照组,发药的误差以及发药者的受照剂量小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组给药方式达到处方剂量所需抽取药液的次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 储源柜内置^(131)Ⅰ溶液自动分装仪优化了^(131)Ⅰ发药辐射防护的流程,降低了医务人员发药时的受照剂量,提高了分装的准确性和患者的满意度。Objective To evaluate the role of the built-in iodine radioactive solution automatic dispenser in the fume hood in radiation protection, to provide basis and methods for improving the e ffi ciency of^(131)Ⅰ drug delivery and reducing radiation. Methods A total of 200 patients who took^(131)Ⅰ medication after treatment of dif ferentiated thyroid cancer in the hospital’s nuclear medicine department from January 2014 to December 2019 were selected,they all dispensed medicines from the same nurse, and they were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 100 cases in each group according to the principle of balance and comparability of basic characteristics between groups. The control group was manually dispensed in a closed fume hood;the observation group placed an automatic dispensing device for iodine radioactive solution into the compartment of the fume hood in a non-contact dispensing mode to pipette, dilute and dispense^(131)Ⅰ liquid to compare the time of two groups of drug dispensers to pack the drug and the accuracy of the dose and dispensing of the personal dosimeter, the number of times of drug extraction required to achieve the prescribed dose, and the patient’s satisfaction with the dispensing process.Results The drug delivery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the error of drug delivery and the dose of the drug dispenser were less than those of the control group, and the dif ferences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05). The patient’s satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The number of times of liquid extraction required to achieve the prescribed dose in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The built-in^(131)Ⅰ solution automatic dispenser in the storage cabinet optimized the radiation protection process of^(131)Ⅰ drug dispensing, reduced the exposure dose of medical staff when dispensing drugs, and improved the accuracy of dispensin
