摘　　要：依据《黄帝内经》中关于肌痹的病因病机、临床表现及针灸治疗方法的相关条文,参考历代医家注解及临床应用,以外感风寒湿邪等病因为核心,探讨不同因素导致肌痹的不同临床表现,分析其对应的针灸治疗方法。Based on the relevant provisions on the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and acupuncture treatment methods of muscle arthralgia in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine,with reference to the notes and clinical application of doctors of previous dynasties,this paper discusses the different clinical manifestations of muscle arthralgia caused by different factors,and analyzes the corresponding acupuncture treatment methods.
