林氏正骨三扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症并骶髂关节损伤的临床思考

摘　　要：林氏正骨三扳法是指垫枕背伸按压法、下肢后伸定点按压法及立体定位斜扳法三种扳动手法的组合,为岭南林氏正骨流派在治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并骶髂关节损伤病患的规范化处方,以治疗时间短、见效快、疗效好深得患者好评,现就林氏正骨三扳法在治疗腰椎间盘突出症并骶髂关节损伤疾病中的作用机理作临床理论探讨。Lin's bone setting three pulling methods refers to the combination of pillow back extension pressing method,lower limb back extension fixed-point pressing method and three-dimensional positioning oblique pulling method.It is a standardized prescription of Lingnan Lin's bone setting school in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation combined with sacroiliac joint injury.It is highly praised by patients for its short treatment time,quick effect and good curative effect.In this article,we will discuss the mechanism of Lin's three bone setting methods in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and sacroiliac joint injury.
