梨状肌综合征误诊为急性踝扭伤1例

摘　　要：梨状肌综合征是坐骨神经受累的一种临床病症,临床表现与其他腰腿痛疾病相似,易发生误诊。但梨状肌综合征在临床中表现为足踝部疼痛较少见,现报道梨状肌综合征误诊为急性踝扭伤1例。峨眉伤科流派重视抓主症、明病因,关注发病过程,明确梨状肌损伤为根本病因,以“松、分、温、顺”四纲为基础辨证施治,症状改善明显。Piriformis syndrome is a clinical condition of sciatic nerve injury.The clinical manifestations are similar to other low back pain diseases,and it is easy to be misdiagnosed.Piriformis syndrome is less common in clinical manifestations of ankle symptoms.We reported a case of piriformis syndrome misdiagnosed as acute ankle sprain.The Emei Traumatology pays attention to the main symptoms,the cause of disease and the process of disease.Finally,it is clear that the piriformis injury is the fundamental cause.The syndrome was treated based on the four principles of"looseness,division,gentleness,and smoothness",and the patient was better.
