摘　　要：稳定性冠心病患者康复的Ⅲ期是指病情处于较长期的稳定状态,或Ⅱ期过程结束的阶段。心病导引法,是历代医家记载的专门治疗心病及相关症状的中医导引法。导引术康复在辨证施术的基础上,同时利用经络和穴位的自我按摩和拍打,对稳定性冠心病患者的康复有较好的疗效。中医认为稳定性冠心病的主要病机为心脉痹阻,故康复的关键在于梳理气机、活血通脉、补益心气。Stage Ⅲ rehabilitation of patients with stable coronary heart disease refers to the stage when the condition is in a long-term stable state,or the end of stage Ⅱ process.Heart disease qigong is a traditional Chinese medicine qigong recorded by doctors in past dynasties,which is specially used to treat heart disease and related symptoms.On the basis of syndrome differentiation,qigong rehabilitation uses self massage and tapping of main and collateral channels and acupoints at the same time,which has a good effect on the rehabilitation of patients with stable coronary heart disease.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main pathogenesis of stable coronary heart disease is blockage of the heart pulse,so the key to rehabilitation lies in regulating qi,activating blood circulation and dredging the pulse,and tonifying the heart qi.
