中医推拿复位手法治疗腰肌劳损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中医推拿复位手法治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:收集2019年1月至2019年12月间在我院中西医结合骨科门诊就诊的腰肌劳损患者,参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》,纳入90例门诊患者,分为三组,分别采用口服消炎止痛药物并推拿复位手法治疗,口服消炎止痛药物治疗,推拿复位手法治疗三种不同治疗方案。采用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行数据分析,以疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS),《中医病证诊断疗效标准》、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、中医临床症状记分进行疗效评价。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ,差异有统计学意义;治疗后三组VAS评分,研究组评分低于对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿复位手法在治疗腰肌劳损方面有显著临床疗效。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) massage and repositioning manipulation in the treatment of lumbar muscle degeneration.Methods:90 patients with lumbar muscle degeneration who were treated in the orthopedic clinic of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were collected.According to the Diagnostic Efficacy Criteria of TCM Diseases and Signs,90 patients were included in the clinic and divided into three groups.They were treated with oral anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs and manipulative manipulation,oral antiinflammatory and analgesic drugs,and manipulative manipulation.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis,and visual analogue scale of pain(VAS),Oswestry disability index,TCM clinical symptom score was used to evaluate the efficacy.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the two control groups;After treatment,the VAS scores of the three groups in the study group were lower than those of the control group I and control group II,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage reduction manipulation has a significant effect in the treatment of lumbar muscle degeneration.
