穴位埋针治疗偏头痛临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋针治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:纳入符合诊断标准的偏头痛患者共52例,随机分为埋针组和针刺组,每组各26例。埋针组取百会、太阳、风池、率谷、头维、阿是穴进行穴位埋针,留针2~3d,每周治疗2次,疗程4周;针刺组取风池、太阳、率谷、阿是穴、外关、足临泣,每隔日治疗1次,每周治疗3次,疗程为4周。观察两组患者治疗前后VAS量表(疼痛视觉模拟评分)及头痛积分改善情况,并对两组临床疗效进行对比。结果:相比于治疗前,两组患者VAS评分及头痛积分均显著降低(P<0.05),埋针组较针刺组下降更明显,且埋针组总有效率96.2%优于针刺组88.5%(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋针能显著缓解偏头痛患者疼痛症状,减少偏头痛复发,值得临床上进一步推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint needle-embedding on migraine.Methods:A total of 52 migraine patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into acupoint needle-embedding group and acupuncture group,with 26 patients in each group.The needle-embedding group was applied at baihui,Taiyang,Fengchi,Shuaigu,Touwei and Ashi point,and the needles were left for 2~3 days,treated twice a week for 4 weeks.In the acupuncture group,Fengchi,Taiyang,Shuaigu,Ashi point,Waiguan,Zulinqi were treated once every other day and three times a week for 4 weeks.The improvement of VAS scale(visual analogue score) and migraine score in 2 groups before and after treatment was observed,and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,VAS scores and migraine score in 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease was more obvious in acupoint needle-embedding group than acupuncture group.The total effective rate in acupoint needle-embedding group(96.2%) was better than that in acupuncture group(88.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint needle-embedding can significantly relieve the pain of migraine patients and reduce the recurrence of migraine,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
