摘  要:目的:优化筋骨疗伤贴膏的基质配方。方法:采用正交实验,以NP-700、高岭土、甘羟铝、羟丙基甲基纤维素为考察因素,以成型凝胶贴膏的初黏力、持黏力、剥离强度、综合感官为综合评价指标,优选筋骨疗伤贴膏的基质配方。结果:筋骨疗伤贴膏的最佳基质配方为NP-700:高岭土:甘羟铝:羟丙基甲基纤维素=300:250:8:200(质量比)。结论:按优化基质配方制备的筋骨疗伤贴膏性能良好,易涂布、表面均匀、黏着力良好、剥离无残留、使用方便,该制备工艺简单,便于工业化生产。Objective:To optimize the matrix formulation and preparation of Jinguliaoshang Cataplasm.Methods:With Viscomate NP-700,kaolin,Dihydroxy aluminium aminoacetate and tartaric acid as investigation factors,and with initial-viscosity,standing-viscosity,peel strength and macroscopic features as integrated assessment indexes,the matrix prescription was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Results:The optimal matrix ratio for the prescription was Viscomate NP-700:kaolin:Dihydroxy aluminium aminoacetate:Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose being 300:250:8:200.Conclusion:Jinguliaoshang Cataplasm prepared with optimal matrix prescription shows satisfactory performance of being easy for application,well-distributed surface,good adhesion,without any remainder after removing and easy to use.The preparation process is simple and easy for industrial production.
