摘 要:我国的稠油资源非常丰富,但由于沥青质聚集导致的稠油高黏特点给稠油的开采与运输带来较大挑战,因此开发出一种有效地沥青质分散剂至关重要。本文通过硬脂酸、软脂酸形成的混合脂肪酸,与二乙烯三胺酰胺化合成长链油溶性酰胺类分散剂,合成条件为:混合酸与二乙烯三胺摩尔比比为1:3,软脂酸与硬脂酸的摩尔比为4:1,在140℃下反应4.5个小时得到的产物具有较高的分散率。产物性能评价结果表明,产物在50℃-90℃下保持40%以上的分散率;产物对不同原油中的沥青质均有分散效果,且对原油具有一定的降黏效果。Heavy oil resources are very rich in China,but the high viscosity of heavy oil caused by asphaltene accumulation brings great challenges to the exploitation and transportation of heavy oil,so it is important to develop an effective asphaltene dispersant.In this paper,the mixed fatty acid formed by stearic acid and palmitic acid is amidated with diethylenetriamine to form a long-chain oil soluble amide dispersant.The synthesis conditions are as follows:the molar ratio of mixed acid to diethylenetriamine is 1:3,and the molar ratio of palmitic acid to stearic acid is 4:1.The product obtained by reacting at 140℃ for 4.5 hours has a high dispersion rate.The product performance evaluation results showed that the dispersion rate of the product was above 40% at 50℃-90℃;The product can disperse asphaltenes in different crude oils,and has a certain viscosity reduction effect on crude oils.
