摘　　要：中国文人园林作为文人诗意栖居和养生实践的空间载体,其空间营造不仅注重劳形固精、赏心悦目的形体颐养,更侧重以诗书画境和文人价值观为内核的心神怡养,是中国健康园林的典范。文章以传统文化和医学理论“精气神”为基础,构建中国文人园林健康思想的解析框架,并以网师园为例,通过空间的理性分析和诗画吟咏的感性解读,从空间营造、园林居游和诗情画意三个层面,阐述文人园林在涵养人体之“精气神”方面的重要价值。研究对以健康为导向的园林建设具有启示意义,即健康园林不仅关注环境营造,更注重诗意居游方式和人文情思在康养中的重要作用。Chinese literati garden,as the space carrier of literati’s poetic and health dwelling,not only pays attention to the physical maintenance of body perception,but also focuses on the spiritual well-being with poetry and calligraphy as the core,so it is a model of Chinese health garden.This paper constructs the analytical framework of Chinese literati garden health thought based on the“Essence-Energy-Spirit”theory,which is the crystallization of Chinese traditional medical theory and oriental health wisdom for thousands of years.Among them,“essence”(精)refers to all tangible materials to maintain human life.In literati gardens,it is cultivated mainly through the life behavior of combining work and rest which is achieved mainly through rational spatial and functional layout.“energy”(气)refers to the breath of people.People breathe in and out of Energy through the lungs to achieve the balance between the internal and external environment of the human body.Therefore,the creation of microclimate environment in the garden is an important guarantee for a smooth flow of air,health and longevity of people in the garden.“spirit”(神)refers to people’s thinking activities,motion perception and mental state.These are the key to spiritual cultivation that quiet and elegant living environment,comprehensive perception,thinking training,good emotional regulation and other mental cultivation.The literati garden is better than the general garden in the aspect of spiritual cultivation,because it lays more emphasis on pleasing the eyes,placing the ideal,cultivating the temperament and integrating the independent personality and aesthetic concept of literati and scholar-officials.Taking the Master-of-Nets Garden as an example,this paper expounds the important value of literati gardens in cultivating people’s“essence-energy-spirit”from three levels.First of all,the space construction of the garden is based on the comfort of life as the goal which is mainly achieved through the circulation and purification of
