摘 要:介绍了一种基于胶片成型工艺的新型荧光光纤测温探头的结构,并重点对该种结构制备工艺过程中的各项影响因素进行了探究。采用单因素法分析了荧光胶片厚度、荧光粉浓度及正反两面等因素对探头测温一致性的影响。结果表明,荧光体胶片在同一侧的测温一致性较好。荧光体厚度对探头一致性影响较小,提高固化温度能够有效避免固化过程中荧光粉的沉降,从而减小荧光体中荧光物质的浓度差异,进而解决胶片两侧的测温性能差异,并提高测温精度。新型荧光光纤测温探头的研究对优化荧光光纤温度传感器的测温性能具有一定的参考价值。It is demonstrated a kind of the probe of fluorescent optical-fiber temperature sensor based on a new structure,and it’s more concerned about the vital factors of the probe on temperature measurement in this paper.The influence of the thickness,content of phosphor powder and both sides were investigated for consistency of temperature measuring probe by single-factor experiment.The results showed that it has good performance of the probe by one side of phosphor on consistency of temperature measuring,and less influence by its thickness.It can gets better measuring accuracy of the probe by improving the proportion of fluorescent materials and accelerating the solidification of the phosphor.The research can provide technical support and reference basis for improvement of temperature measuring performance.
