摘　　要：通过回顾性分析1例合并严重低钾血症的慢性高血压合并妊娠病人疾病诊疗经过,全面梳理原发性醛固酮增多症的病理特征、临床表现和治疗方案,以期能扩展临床医生的诊断思路并降低该疾病在妊娠期的误诊和漏诊率。Through a retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with chronic hypertension and severe hypokalemia during pregnancy,this article comprehensively summarizes the pathological features,clinical manifestations,and treatment regimens of primary aldosteronism,in order to expand the diagnostic ideas among clinicians and reduce the rates of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis during pregnancy.
