摘  要:为研究分级淬火对40Mn钢带的性能影响,设计实验进行对比研究。将40Mn钢带试样加热至840℃保温8min,淬入310℃熔融状态下的亚硝酸钠,2min后取出空冷至室温检测性能,并与淬入水的试样和正火试样进行数据对比。结果为分级淬火所获得的性能最好,此时试样的拉伸强度为1506.8MPa,硬度为478HV_(0.2),此时的金相组织为板条状马氏体和片状马氏体的混合相。The effect of stage quenching on the performance of 40Mn steel strip is studied,and experiments are designed for comparative research.The 40Mn steel strip sample was heated to 840℃for 8min,quenched into 310℃molten sodium nitrite,after 2min,it was taken out and air-cooled to room temperature to test the performance,and the data was compared with the sample quenched into water and normalized.The result is that the performance obtained by stage quenching is the best.At this time,the tensile strength of the sample is 1506.8MPa and the hardness is 478HV_(0.2).At this time,the metallographic structure is a mixture of lath martensite and flake martensite.
