利用植物生长延缓剂及栽培措施培育矮化观赏型滁菊的研究

摘　　要：滁菊作为滁州市的市花,未在当地绿化中推广应用,且存在植株高大易倒伏的现象。该研究以培养矮化观赏型滁菊为目的,采用推迟扦插及定植时间、多次摘心和叶面喷施植物生长延缓剂等多种方法,进行滁菊矮化试验。结果表明:推迟滁菊扦插及定植时间,可以降低滁菊的高度,缩小冠幅,具有矮化效果,且推迟时间越长,矮化效果越好,但花枝数量也随之减少;多次摘心可以使滁菊矮化,株型丰满,花枝数量稍有增多,观赏价值提高,但耗费人工多,不适合大量推广应用;施用植物生长延缓剂对滁菊有明显的矮化效果,综合比较,丁酰肼1500mg/L处理的效果最好,氯丁唑400mg/L处理的效果其次,氯化氯代胆碱200mg/L和丁酰肼4500mg/L处理也可以使用,其他处理不推荐。Dendranthema morifolium"Chuju"as the city flower,not in the local greening application,and there are tall plants easy to fall.The aim of this study was to cultivate dwarf ornamental Dendranthema morifolium"Chuju".The dwarfing experiment was carried out by adjusting cuttage and planting time,picking heart for many times and spraying plant growth retarder on leaves.The results showed that postponing the cutting and colonization time could reduce the height and crown width of Dendranthema morifolium"Chuju",and had dwarfing effect.The longer the delay time,the better dwarfing effect,but the number of flowers also decreased.Many times of heart picking can dwarf chuzhou chrysanthemum,plump plant type,slightly increase the number of flowers and branches,improve the ornamental value,but the cost of labor,not suitable for a large number of promotion and application.Application of plant growth retarding agent has obvious dwarf effect on Dendranthema morifolium"Chuju".Comprehensive comparison shows that spraying 1500mg/L daminozide had the best effect,spraying 400mg/L paclobutrazol had the next effect,spraying 200mg/L chlorocholine chloride and 4500mg/L daminozide could also be used,other treatments are not recommended.
