摘  要:开关电源在各类电器设备中具有广泛应用,高压滤波电容失效是其故障频发的主要原因。为实现在不拆解开关电源的情况下实时检测电源滤波电容故障,提出一种基于深度置信网络(DBN)的故障诊断模型,该模型通过数据采集装置对开关电源所在电网电压进行隔离、滤波、数据采集,根据电网电压畸变特性,判断开关电源滤波电容失效百分比,输出故障类别。实验结果表明,提出的故障诊断模型对电源电容故障诊断和预警具有优越性。Switching power supply has wide application in various electrical equipment.The failure of high-voltage filter capacitors is the main cause of frequent faults.In order to realize the real-time detection of switching power supply failure without disassembling the power supply,a fault diagnosis model based on the Deep Belief Network(DBN)is proposed.The model uses the data acquisition device to isolate,filter,and collect data on the grid voltage of the switching power supply.Judging the failure ratio of the filter capacitor according to the degree of voltage distortion of the power supply to output the fault category.Experimental results show that the proposed fault diagnosis model is superior in the classification of power supply capacitor faults and early waring.
