系统聚类分析法在学生成绩评价应用中的深度挖掘

摘　　要：对系统聚类分析法进行了简要的介绍;分别采用五种系统聚类方法,以某组学生成绩为样本,对学生综合成绩进行了分类以及合理性检验,给出了确定分类数的原则;分析了几种聚类结果的相关性,从而明确了类平均聚类法的合理性,并基于此对学生成绩进行了分类研究及评价,希望为人才的选拔与评价提供有益的借鉴,避免人才的损失与浪费。The systematic clustering analysis method is briefly introduced.Using five kinds of systematic clustering methods,taking a middle school students'grades as samples,the classification and rationality test of students'comprehensive grades are carried out,and the principle of determining the classification number is given.This paper analyzes the correlation of several clustering results,and then makes clear the rationality of the method of cluster average clustering.Based on this,the classification research and evaluation of students'grades are carried out,hoping to provide a beneficial reference for the selection and evaluation of talents,and avoid the loss and waste of talents.
