摘　　要：心脏康复是降低心血管疾病患者死亡率、减少并发症和提高生活质量的重要措施,远程居家心脏康复能够成为部分替代和补充传统心脏康复的方案。本文分别比较了远程心脏康复与常规治疗以及传统院内心脏康复的效果,介绍了远程心脏康复的核心组件、运动手环的应用、对老年患者的意义以及安全性数据,为我国进一步发展远程居家心脏康复提供依据。Cardiac rehabilitation is an important option to reduce the mortality and complications and also improve the quality of life in patients with cardiovascular disease.Home-based telemonitored cardiac rehabilitation may become a partial alternation and supplement to traditional cardiac rehabilitation.The comparison of remote cardiac rehabilitation with conventional treatment and traditional hospital-based cardiac rehabilitation are introduced in this review.Core components of remote cardiac rehabilitation,the application of smart bracelets,the significance for elderly patients and the safety data are also summarized.It will provide basis for the further development of remote home cardiac rehabilitation in China.
