摘  要:窑尾收尘系统存在粉尘排放浓度不达标和系统阻力高等问题,是滤袋质量、收尘器结构和漏风等原因所致。在对收尘器本体进行结构优化后,结合玻纤覆膜滤袋的选用,收尘系统运行阻力从1500 Pa降至800 Pa,排放浓度稳定在5 mg/Nm3以下,整个烧成系统运行电耗也有所降低。The kiln tail dust collection system has problems such as unsatisfactory dust emission concentration and high system resistance,which are caused by the quality of the filter bag,the structure of the dust collector and air leakage.After the structural optimization of the dust collector body,combined with the selection of glass fiber coated filter bags,the operating resistance of the dust collection system is reduced from 1500 Pa to 800 Pa,.the emission concentration is stable below 5 mgNm',and the power consumption of the entire firing system is also reduced.
