广西捐精人群葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症的筛查结果及意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨广西捐精人群葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)缺乏症检出情况及其意义。方法 纳入在广西医科大学第一附属医院人类精子库捐精的1 332例(广西籍1 006例、非广西籍326例)志愿者,所有志愿者的精液筛查均合格。回顾性分析志愿者的一般资料及G-6-PD活性检测结果。结果 1 332例志愿者中检出G-6-PD缺乏症134例,总检出率为10.06%(134/1 332);广西籍志愿者、非广西籍志愿者的G-6-PD缺乏症检出率分别为12.62%(127/1 006)、2.15%(7/326),前者高于后者(P<0.05)。广西籍志愿者中,壮族志愿者、汉族志愿者、其他少数民族志愿者的G-6-PD缺乏症检出率分别为15.93%(58/364)、10.79%(64/593)、10.20%(5/49),三者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 广西捐精人群G-6-PD缺乏率较高,尤其是广西籍志愿者。将G-6-PD活性检测作为广西精子库常规筛查项目,有助于排除可能携带G-6-PD致病基因的捐精者,有利于优生优育。Objective To investigate the detection conditions and significance of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-PD) deficiency in Guangxi sperm donation population.Methods A total of 1332 volunteers(native place of Guangxi in 1006 cases,native place of non-Guangxi in 326 cases) who donated sperm in Human Sperm Bank of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were enrolled,and all volunteers were eligible for semen screening.The general data and G-6-PD activity test results of volunteers were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 134 of 1332 volunteers were detected as G-6-PD deficiency,with the total detective rate of 10.06%(134/1332).The detective rates of G-6-PD deficiency in volunteer whose native place was Guangxi,and whose was non-Guangxi were 12.62%(127/1006) and 2.15%(7/326),respectively,and the former was higher than the latter(P<0.05).Among the volunteers whose native place was Guangxi,the detective rates of G-6-PD deficiency in Zhuang volunteers,Han volunteers,and other ethnic minorities volunteers were 15.93%(58/364),10.79%(64/593),and 10.20%(5/49),respectively,but no statistically significant difference was found between the three(P>0.05).Conclusion The G-6-PD deficient rate is preferably higher in Guangxi sperm donation population,especially in the volunteers whose native place is Guangxi.Taking the G-6-PD activity test as a routine screening item in Guangxi Sperm Bank will be helpful to exclude sperm donors who may carry pathogenic G-6-PD gene,and will be beneficial to the development of eugenia.
