摘　　要：习近平生态文明思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,内涵丰富、博大精深。其核心思想主要包括坚持人与自然和谐共生、坚持绿水青山就是金山银山、坚持绿色发展方式等,既是生态文明建设的重要遵循,也是经济社会发展的方向,对包括地质工作在内的各项工作都具有极强的指导意义和实践意义。实现人与自然和谐共生首先要科学认知自然,地质工作作为研究地球系统的工作,是探究自然规律、寻找赋存资源、调查自然生态的重要工作,是实现人与自然和谐共生的重要前提。地质工作在认知自然的同时也会对生态产生一定扰动,但不能片面地认为地质工作会破坏绿水青山,“两山”理论深刻揭示了生态环境保护与经济发展的关系,地质工作只要准确把握和贯彻“两山”理论,就能实现绿色青山就是金山银山。地质工作要坚持绿色发展理念,采取绿色发展方式,服务生态文明建设和经济发展,助力实现人与自然和谐共生。Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, which is rich in connotation and profound in depth. Its core ideas mainly include ensuring harmony between human and nature, lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, and green development mode. It is not only an important follow for the construction of ecological civilization, but also the direction of economic and social development, which has a strong guiding and practical significance for all work, including geological work. To realize harmony between human and nature must understand nature scientifically. Geological work, as the work of studying the earth system, is an important work to explore natural laws, find existing resources, and investigate natural ecology. It is an important prerequisite for realizing harmony between human and nature. While recognizing nature, geological work will also have a certain disturbance to the ecology, but we cannot unilaterally think that geological work will destroy lucid waters and lush mountains. Two Mountains Theory profoundly reveals the relationship between ecology and development. As long as geological work accurately grasps and implements the Two Mountains Theory, it can realize lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets. Geological work should adhere to the concept of green development, adopt a green development mode, serve the construction of ecological civilization and economic development, and help realize harmony between human and nature.
