摘 要:为探索紫苏修复人参连作障碍的可行性,了解种植紫苏后老参地土壤微生物情况,研究未种过人参的林地、还林1 a的老参地、还林2 a的老参地、还林后同时种植1 a紫苏的老参地土壤微生物呼吸强度和微生物量碳氮.结果表明:种植紫苏能够显著增强土壤微生物呼吸强度,种植1 a紫苏的土壤二氧化碳释放量(2.56 mg/(kg·h))大约是同时期还林老参地土壤的5.56倍;种植紫苏能够提高土壤微生物量碳氮,种植紫苏1 a土壤中微生物量碳氮含量达到476 mg/kg和52.7 mg/kg,都显著高于同时期还林老参地的246 mg/kg和28.6 mg/kg,增加了约0.7倍和0.8倍,同时也高于还林2 a老参地的421 mg/kg和36.7 mg/kg.种植紫苏后土壤的代谢熵显著增加,超过未种过人参的林地土壤.研究显示,在种植过人参的土壤种植紫苏,可以增强土壤微生物呼吸强度,提高土壤微生物数量,缩短老参地人参连作障碍的恢复时间.This study aims to explore the possibility of the repair of Perilla on continuous ginseng cropping obsta-cle and to understand the characteristics of soil microbes after planting Perilla.We investigated the respiration intensity of microbes and its biomass carbon and nitrogen in forest soils that were not planted ginseng,old ginseng field soils that have been reforested for one year,old ginseng field soils that have been reforested for two years,old ginseng field soils that were planted Perilla for one year after reforestation.The results showed that:the respiration intensity of soil microbes was significantly strengthened after planting Perilla,and the release of carbon dioxide(2.56 mg/(kg·h))in soils that were planted Perilla for one year was approximately 5.56 times higher than in soils that were reforested at the same period;The soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen was improved by planting Perilla,and the contents of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen were 476 mg/kg and 52.7 mg/kg after planting Perilla for one year,respectively.This was 0.7 and 0.8 times higher than that of old ginseng field soils that were reforested at the same period(246 mg/kg and 28.6 mg/kg).Meanwhile,this was also higher than that of old ginseng soils that were reforested for two years(421 mg/kg and 36.7 mg/kg).The metabolic quotient of soil microbes was significantly improved after planting Perilla,which was higher than the forest soils that were not cropped ginseng.Planting Perilla in soils cultivated ginseng before can improve the respiration intensity of soil microbes,increase the soil microbial biomass levels,and shorten the repair time of continuous ginseng cropping obstacle.
