摘  要:目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)合并2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者血清中生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)和胱抑素C(Cys-C)的变化情况.方法选取54例CHF合并T2DM患者为试验组,54例CHF不合并T2DM患者为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法中双抗体夹心法测定GDF-15在两组患者中的含量,同时检测Cys-C水平,联合GDF-15与Cys-C检测结果对CHF合并T2DM的患者的病情进行评估.结果试验组患者血清GDF-15和Cys-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者血清中GDF-15与Cys-C水平随心功能分级程度的加重而升高.结论GDF-15与Cys-C在CHF合并T2DM患者血清中呈高表达趋势,GDF-15与Cys-C的联合检测有望成为CHF合并T2DM早期诊断的血清学标志物.Objective To investigate the changes of serum growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15)and cystatin C(Cys-C)in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method 54 patients with CHF combined with T2DM were selected as the experimental group and 54 patients without CHF combined with T2DM as the control group.The expression of GDF-15 in the two groups was measured by double antibody sandwich method in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.At the same time,the level of Cys-C was obtained by laboratory test results.Patients with CHF combined with T2DM was evaluated by combining GDF-15 and Cys-C results.Results The level of serum GDF-15 in the experimental group was significantly higher that that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of GDF-15 and Cys-C of serum in the two groups increased with the aggravation of functional grading,and there was a positive correlation trend.Conclusion GDF-15 and Cys-C are highly expressed in the serum of patients with CHF complicated with T2DM.GDF-15 and Cys-C are expected to become serological markers for the early diagnosis of CHF complicated with T2DM.
