摘　　要：目的探究结构化健康教育(SHE)改善慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者生活质量的效果.方法随机将76例慢性心力衰竭患者分为对照组和干预组,每组38例.对照组患者行常规健康教育;干预组患者应用结构化健康教育;患者住院24 h内、出院后6个月,比较两组患者干预前后的自我管理能力、生活质量评分及再入院率.结果两组患者干预前自我管理能力、生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;干预组于干预后自我管理能力、生活质量评分较干预前提高(P<0.05),且干预组明显高于对照组(P<0.001);干预组6个月的再住院率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论SHE可显著提高CHF患者自我管理能力和生活质量,同时可降低患者再入院率.Objective To explore the effect of structured health education(SHE)on improving the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method 76 patients with chronic heart failure were selected by convenient sampling,including 38 cases in control group and 38 cases in intervention group.The control group received routine health education,while the intervention group received structured health education.The self-management ability,score of life quality and readmission rate of the two groups before and after intervention were compared within 24 hours of hospitalization and 6 months after discharge.Results The scores of self-management ability and quality of life before intervention were comparable between the two groups(P>0.05),the scores of self-management ability and quality of life in the intervention group after intervention were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001),and the 6-month readmission rate in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SHE can significantly improve the self-management ability and life quality of CHF patients,and reduce the readmission rate.
