摘 要:为分析大件运输车载下铰缝损伤空心板桥梁受力性能,并建立该类桥梁在大件运输车载下的快速评估方法,首先基于大件运输车辆对空心板桥梁的荷载数据,提出了2种大件运输车辆的加载模型;研究了简支空心板桥梁的跨径和考虑空心板间铰缝损伤对大件运输车载效应的响应规律,据此建立了大件运输车辆通行审批中线路级控制性空心板桥梁快速遴选准则;基于遴选准则与荷载效应比较法提出了一种针对线路级空心板桥梁的大件运输车辆快速评估方法。研究发现:双线式车轴对于简支空心板桥梁是最不利的加载形式;钢筋混凝土空心板桥梁随跨径增加受力性能会由剪力控制转变为正弯矩控制;随着空心板桥梁间铰缝损伤程度的增加桥梁受力也更不利,并且钢筋混凝土空心板桥梁的受力性能也逐渐只由正弯矩控制。结合荷载效应比较法提出了一种线路级大件运输车辆快速通行评估方法并进行实际应用。In order to analyze the mechanical performance of hollow slab bridge with hinge joint damage under heavy cargo transportation vehicle,and establish the rapid evaluation method of this kind of bridge under heavy cargo transportation vehicle,firstly,based on the load data of heavy cargo transportation vehicle on hollow slab bridge,two loading models of heavy cargo transportation vehicle are proposed;the span of simply supported hollow slab bridge and the response law of considering the hinge joint damage between hollow slabs to the vehicle effect of heavy cargo transportation are studied.Based on this,the rapid selection criterion of line level controlled hollow slab bridge in the traffic approval of heavy cargo transportation vehicles is established;Based on the selection criteria and load effect comparison method,a rapid evaluation method of large transport vehicles for line level hollow slab bridges is proposed.It is found that double track axle is the most unfavorable loading form for simply supported hollow slab bridge;with the increase of span,the mechanical performance of reinforced concrete hollow slab bridge will change from shear control to positive moment control;with the increase of the damage degree of hinge joints between hollow slab bridges,the stress of the bridge is more unfavorable,and the mechanical performance of reinforced concrete hollow slab bridges is gradually controlled only by positive bending moment.Combined with the load effect comparison method,a rapid passage evaluation method of line level heavy cargo transportation vehicles is proposed and applied in practice.
