摘 要:为了提高山岭重丘区公路岩改沥青混合料的压实效果和耐久性,针对急弯和弯坡组合路段岩改沥青混合料的摊铺碾压,提出了基于平曲线半径的弯道或弯坡组合路段的碾压工艺和技术要求,通过试验段的铺筑和路用性能评价,分析了常规碾压工艺和推荐碾压工艺对路面施工质量的影响。研究结果表明,弯道或弯坡组合路段碾压施工时,基于平曲线半径选择岩改沥青混合料碾压工艺,有效地解决压实不均匀、碾压推移和剪切压裂等技术难题,显著提高岩改沥青混合料的压实度、高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性能和耐疲劳性能,为岩改沥青等硬质类沥青混合料在山岭重丘区公路的应用提供参考。To improve the compaction effects and durability of rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture for highway in mountainous and hilly areas,aiming at the paving and compaction of rock modified asphalt mixture in sharp curve and combined section of sharp curve and steep slope,the rolling technology and technical requirements of curve or combined section of sharp curve and steep slope based on horizontal curve radius are put forward.Through the paving and pavement performance evaluation of the test section,the influence of conventional rolling technology and recommended rolling technology on pavement construction quality is analyzed.The results show that during the rolling construction of curve or combined section of sharp curve and steep slope,the rolling technology of rock modified asphalt mixture based on the radius of horizontal curve can effectively solve the technical problems such as uneven compaction,rolling movement and shear fracturing,and significantly improve the compactness,high-temperature stability,water stability,low-temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance of rock modified asphalt mixture,it provides a reference for the application of hard asphalt mixture such as rock to asphalt in mountainous and hilly areas.
