厂拌热再生SMA-13沥青混合料性能研究与应用

摘　　要：在沥青路面大修改造中采用厂拌热再生技术能有效地消耗废旧沥青混合料(RAP)、节省造价,实现废旧资源再利用。目前,厂拌热再生技术主要应用于中、下面层沥青混合料,在上面层应用较少,尤其是在上面层SMA-13沥青混合料中很少开展再生研究与应用。为进一步推广厂拌热再生技术、保护资源,对佛山一环西拓旧路改造中的上面层改性RAP单独回收处理并进行性能研究,以RAP矿料掺量为25%进行厂拌热再生SMA-13沥青混合料的配合比设计与其路用性能对比研究,对厂拌热再生SMA-13沥青混合料生产工艺进行研究,并以佛山一环西拓旧路改造工程为依托工程进行再生SMA-13工程应用。研究结果表明:厂拌热再生SMA-13沥青混合料具有优异的路面性能,再生路面质量优异,完全可以进行大规模应用,具有较高的经济和社会效益。In the overhaul reconstruction of asphalt pavement,the plant mixed hot recycling technology can effectively consume waste asphalt mixture(RAP)and save cost realizing the reuse of waste resources.At present,the hot plant recycling technology is mainly used in the middle and lower layer of asphalt mixture,but less in the upper layer,especially in the upper layer of SMA-13 asphalt mixture.In order to further promote the plant mixed hot recycling technology and protect the resources,this paper studies the performance of modified RAP of the upper layer in the reconstruction of the old road of the first ring west extension in Foshan.The proportion design and road performance comparison of the plant mixed hot recycling SMA-13 asphalt mixture are carried out with the rap mineral content of 25%,and the production process of the plant mixed hot recycling SMA-13 asphalt mixture is studied,and the regeneration SMA-13 project is applied based on the reconstruction project of the first ring road west extension in Foshan.The results show that:the plant mixed hot recycling SMA-13 asphalt mixture has excellent pavement performance and recycled pavement quality,which can be used in large-scale,with high economic and social benefits.
