摘  要:采用煎炸废油和废旧塑料对70^(#)基质沥青进行复合改性,通过正交试验确定煎炸废油掺量、废旧塑料掺量和制备时的剪切温度对复合改性沥青性能的影响,并根据结果综合性能、成本、环保因素,优选最佳制备条件为:煎炸废油掺量7.5%、废旧PE掺量5%、剪切温度150℃。由三大指标和PG分级试验可知,最佳制备条件下的煎炸废油/废旧塑料复合改性沥青高温性能与传统70^(#)石油沥青差异不大,而低温性能优于70^(#)沥青,PG分级为64-28.The compound modification of 70^(#)base asphalt was carried out by using waste frying oil and waste plastic in orthogonal test.The influence of the content of waste oil,waste plastic and the shear temperature on the properties of compound modified asphalt was determined by orthogonal test.According to the comprehensive performance,cost and environmental protection factors,the optimum preparation conditions were:7.5%of waste oil,5%of waste PE,and 150℃of shear temperature.It can be seen from the three indexes and PG test that the high temperature performance of the composite modified asphalt with waste frying oil and waste plastic under the best preparation condition is not different from that of the traditional 70^(#)asphalt,while the low temperature performance is better than that of 70^(#)asphalt,and the PG grade is 64-28.
