摘 要:生物质热化学转化制备富氢燃气是生物质能源生产的一种有效途径,而焦油是该过程最主要的污染物,焦油的控制和转化是决定生物质燃气能否成功应用的关键.分析生物质焦油组成及危害,探讨消除方法,提出以废弃红砖粉作为基础催化剂,进一步负载活性金属,催化生物质焦油热解,分析催化热解的可行性.该方案既可有效去除焦油,又能产生高质量的富氢产气,可为进一步实现废弃生物质资源在环境、能源化工领域的应用奠定基础,推动生物质能及副产物的高效综合利用.Thermochemical conversion of biomass to prepare hydrogen-rich gas is an effective way for biomass energy production,and biomass tar is the most important pollutant in this process.The control and conversion of tar is the key to determine the successful application of biomass gas.The composition and harm of biomass tar are analyzed,and its elimination methods are discussed.It is proposed that waste red brick powder(RBP)is used as the basic catalyst and active metal is further supported to catalyze the pyrolysis of biomass tar,and the feasibility of catalytic pyrolysis is analyzed.This scheme can not only effectively remove tar,but also produce high-quality hydrogen-rich gas,which can lay a foundation for further realizing the application of waste biomass resources in the fields of environment,energy and chemical industry,and promote the efficient and comprehensive utilization of biomass energy and by-products.
