摘 要:水下控制模块是深水水下开发的核心装备,一直依赖进口。为实现水下控制模块的国产化,本文对深水水下控制模块工程产品的研发进行了研究和探讨。通过对标准规范的研究,确定了水下控制模块的总体设计方案;结合深水实际项目对水下控制模块的需求,对液压和电气系统进行了功能性的设计。设计了水下机器人(ROV,remotely operated vehicle)操作的锁紧机构,满足了水下控制模块独立下放和回收的要求。本文给出了水下电子模块的型式测试和水下控制模块高压舱测试主要程序,可验证目标气田水下控制模块的液压和电气功能是否正常。本文的研究工作经过了水下控制模块实际研发的验证,是切实可行的,产品已获得第三方的产品认证,为国产深水水下控制系统的工程化应用奠定了基础。The subsea control module(SCM)is the core equipment of deepwater development,and has always been relying on imports.In order to realize the localization of the SCM,this paper studies and discusses the research and development of deepwater SCM engineering products.Through the study of standards and specifications,the overall design scheme of the SCM is determined.In combined with the requirements of the SCM in deepwater projects,the functional design of hydraulic and electrical system is performed.The locking mechanism of ROV(remotely operated vehicle)operation is designed to meet the requirements of independent lowering and recovery of the SCM.This paper presents the main procedures of the SEM qualification test and the SCM hyperbaric test,which can verify whether the hydraulic and electrical functions of the underwater control module of the target gas field are normal.The research work of this paper has been verified by the actual research and development of SCM.The product has obtained the COC(certificate of conformity)certification of the third party,which lays a foundation for the engineering application of domestic deepwater subsea control system.
