摘 要:随着我国经济建设发展对能源需求的日益提升,海上油气开发逐步迈进深海领域。同传统的海上油气田开发模式不同,水下生产系统以其投资成本低、开发周期短、投产效益高的特点,成为深水油气开发的关键技术。水下多功能管汇搭载控制系统具备生产介质集输、实现光电转换的功能,是深水水下油气开发的核心装备。本文重点介绍水下多功能管汇及部分核心设备设计、制造、测试和工程产品认证相关内容。通过该产品自主研制的技术突破和工程示范应用,同类型产品研制成本降低20%,零部件国产化率85%以上占比,具有工程示范和推广应用的重要价值。With the increasing energy demand in the economic construction and development of China,offshore oil and gas development has gradually stepped into the deepwater field.Different from the traditional offshore oil and gas field development mode,deepwater production system has become the key technology of development with its low investment cost,short development cycle,and high production benefit.The subsea multi-function manifold is equipped with the control system,which has the function of collecting and transporting production media and realizing photoelectric conversion.It is the core equipment of deepwater oil and gas development.This paper focused on the equipment design,manufacture,testing and engineering product certification of subsea multifunctional manifold and some core equipment.Based on the products developed by independent technical breakthrough and demonstration application,the development cost of the same type of product is reduced by 20%,and the locolization rate is more than 85%,which is of great value for engineering demonstration and popularization and application.
