摘 要:在海洋石油工程领域钢结构焊缝的无损检测中,磁粉检测技术是一项发展及应用比较成熟、广泛的检测技术,交流磁轭法检测技术是磁粉检测技术的一种,在海洋石油工程领域钢结构焊缝的检测中应用比较广泛。交流磁轭法检测的一个要求是磁化时间,这在许多标准中都有明确的规定。本文主要分析对比在海工领域钢结构焊缝检测中,各个标准对于交流磁轭法检测焊缝的磁化时间要求和通过灵敏度试片实验验证磁化所需的时间,旨在促进磁粉检测技术的进一步发展,从而保证磁粉检测工作在今后的有效实施。In the nondestructive testing of steel structure welds in offshore oil engineering,the magnetic particle testing technology is a mature technology widely used in testing.The AC yoke testing technology is one of the magnetic particle testing technologies,which is widely used in the testing of steel structure welds in offshore oil engineering.One of the requirements of AC yoke testing is the requirement of magnetization time,which is clearly defined in many standards.This paper mainly analyzed and compared the welding seam inspection of steel structures in the field of offshore engineering,the comparative analysis of the magnetization time requirements of various standards for welding seam inspection by AC yoke method,and the time required to pass the real face-to-face magnetization test piece,aiming at promoting the further development of magnetic particle inspection technology and ensuring the effective implementation of magnetic particle inspection in the future.
