摘 要:为提高黄色颜料的近红外反射性能,通过将氧化铁黄颜料与钒酸铋黄色颜料共混的方式得到复配黄色颜料,以考察钒酸铋复配量对共混颜料的耐热性、颜色和太阳能反射的影响.TG-DTA测试结果显示,共混颜料的耐热性能提高,且共混颜料在CIE色坐标上的点几乎重合.由此表明,CIE颜色参数变化不明显,且在共混后,其颜色更接近氧化铁黄颜料的颜色.当BiVO含量为氧化铁黄颜料质量的10%时,其太阳能反射率为58.2%,比氧化铁黄颜料的太阳能反射率提高4.2%.In order to improve the near-infrared reflection performance of yellow pigments, the composite yellow pigments were obtained by blending iron oxide yellow pigments and bismuth vanadate yellow pigments. The effects of bismuth vanadate on the heat resistance, color and solar reflection of the blend pigments were investigated. TG-DTA results showed that the heat resistance of the blend pigments was improved. The points of the blend pigments on the CIE color coordinate almost coincided with iron oxide yellow pigments, which indicates that the change of CIE color parameters of composite yellow pigments was not obvious, and the color after blending was close to that of iron oxide yellow pigments. The solar reflectivity was 58.2% when the content of BiVOis 10% of the mass of iron oxide yellow pigment, which is 4.2% higher than that of iron oxide yellow pigment.
