摘  要:介绍了驱动轮铸件造型工艺设计方案,根据ProCAST模拟结果,通过使用组芯设计消除特定区域的起模斜度减小披缝;增加冒口和放置冷铁减小内部缩孔缺陷;通过对覆膜砂砂芯进行烘烤减少发气量,改善铸件表面气孔缺陷,以获得满足要求的合格铸件。The casting molding process design scheme of driving wheel was introduced.According to ProCASTt simulation results,Combined sand core design was used to eliminate the mold inclination in the specific area and reduce the slits.Internal shrinkage cavity defects were reduced by adding risers and placing chillers.The coated sand core was baked to reduce gas emission and improve the surface porosity defect of casting.qualified castings meeting the requirements was obtained.
