摘  要:分别介绍了铸造碳钢中频炉熔炼工艺和中频炉熔炼+AOD精炼工艺;比较了两者所得钢液中的气体元素含量数据及其对基尔试块力学性能的影响情况,结果表明:使用中频炉+AOD炉精炼的方法后,[O]、[N]含量都降低了40 ppm左右,抗拉强度提高了40 MPa左右,屈服强度提高了30 MPa左右,总体上中频炉+AOD精炼的强度和塑性都优于中频炉熔炼。认为采用中频炉熔炼+AOD精炼工艺才能满足高品质铸造碳钢对低气体元素含量和高力学性能的要求。The intermediate frequency furnace smelting process and intermediate frequency furnace+AOD furnace refining process of carbon steel are introduced respectively.The content of gas elements in liquid steel and its influence on the mechanical properties of Kiel test blocks are compared.The results show that after using intermediate frequency furnace+AOD furnace refining method,the content of[O]and[N]reduced about 40 ppm,the tensile strength increased about 40 MPa,and the yield strength increased about 30 MPa.Generally speaking,the strength and plasticity of intermediate frequency furnace+AOD refining is better than that of intermediate frequency furnace smelting.It is concluded that only the medium frequency furnace+AOD furnace refining process can meet the requirements of low gas content and high mechanical properties of high quality cast carbon steel.
