摘　　要：基于PLC控制系统对铁型覆砂铸造生产成套装备所采集的数据,通过系统组态软件,将生产的数据进行分析、应用以及处理,仿真呈现在人机交互界面上,从而实现铁型覆砂铸造生产成套装备生产过程的可视化、数据化,并可对工艺的技术参数进行动态检测、控制与调整。Based on the data collected by the PLC control system for the complete set of iron mold sand coated casting production equipment,the data of the complete set of iron mold sand coated casting production equipment is analyzed,applied and processed through the system configuration software,and the simulation is presented on the human-computer interaction interface,so as to realize the visualization and digitization of the production process of the complete set of iron mold sand coated casting production equipment,and dynamically detect,control and adjust the technical parameters of the equipment.
